Hey guys.

First off, thanks for the support, the new site is barely up and already I'm getting feedback so I'm feeling pleased.

Todays ponderings: I'd like to start doing commissions again as well as a day job (hopefully Waterstones as of Friday), but in the meantime I'm in need of a recent portfolio. Most of my work that isn't on here is uni-related, with the subject, or firmly on walls back in Sheffield. That's where you come in.

If anyone has a request for traditional portrait work I'd be happy to do it in the next few weeks. I usually work from photographs for faces, but in terms of style/media/background its up to you and the more variance I get the better. For those of you in Linc who post photography on here, I'd love to do some interpretations of your stuff traditionally and play around with colour. If you are someone I know/can visit, this would obviously all be free because you're doing me such a massive favour by providing me with a new subject. If not, I'd ask for the postage and maybe £5-10 for my troubles, but until I get a new portfolio I can't make myself known so there's no point charging much more than that.

Behold the sparsely decorated new home of worthy old imaginings and future births!

I decided the other page had to go, due to several awful submissions of 2005, unwanted subscriptions to trawl through and 4000+ unread messages. I'm busy shaking off my dust and don't want to be discouraged by my previous mistakes, but I'd like to create again and maybe make some cash now I have more time.

Poetry will be in the scraps section unless hauled up by very popular demand. I'm no writer, so as this was the hardest thing to edit in retrospective I decided to include most of it for old times sake, but put it to one side for now. Let me know if its awful and it will go altogether. Same for artwork, I trust you guys.

For people I know reading this, if I haven't added your name or you see someone I've missed give me a shout, as I can't find many Linc-related usernames but I want to see everyone's new stuff.
